Welcome to your cozy mountain paradise. Tucked in behind the front building off of the road is a secret garden. This house is a gem in the Big Bear area that you will fall in love with. Have your own Cozy Mountain cabin right off of Big bear blvd. Relaxing Fireplaces offer incredible warmth and comfort. We share this private rental to share the experience that gives us so much joy. Close to the mountain for skiing and bike riding. Trailheads 3 blocks away offer amazing mountain hiking.

This quaint little cottage has cozy kitchen with wood counter tops. Tree ornamentations arch the entrance from the living room to the kitchen.

The kitchen has a cute little (medium) refrigerator. As you open the door to the fridge, you will see the provided condiments and a few refreshments on us.

After stocking up your fridge you’ll be ready to cook with a large gas stove and oven adjacent the fridge. The overhead fan kicks on and the lights glow on your end of the day mountain meal.

Note to Kyle’s Fellow Caffeine fiends:

Yo Kyle here: I don’t want caffeine in the mornings. I need caffeine in the mornings. Mainly I need it so I don’t ruin relationships.

For this reason, I have prepped the cupboard with some coffee amenities. It is always growing and many friends donate to the cottage by adding house warmers. There is plenty there for you to spruce up a cup of joe the way you like it.

Our microwave and toaster over are conveniently located in plain view. Please use safely and enjoy the amenities of home. Our cottage is your cottage.

Kyle was super helpful and quick to respond. the place was awesome, tucked away from the main street. My boyfriend and I went up with my dad and a friend and there was so much extra space. also dog friendly with a fenced yard so that was awesome. no TV but we brought a projector and set up movie nights! definitely will be looking to stay here again!

Great location. Very well stocked with everything you could imagine you might need on a visit to Big Bear – even unexpected things like heavy coats, socks, mittens, etc. And lots of food! Nice cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended.

This cabin is super hidden if you aren’t sure what you’re looking for. I’m sure some people like that though. The cabin is cozy and it was nice to relax with the family with no tv. However, the fact that there was a mouse in the bathroom the first night made it hard to sleep peacefully and the business next door playing music loudly the next morning was a surprise wakeup. The doors throughout the cabin are really hard to shut and lock so we had to double and triple check each time we walked out. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and that was great. I feel that more work is needed throughout the cabin and I would suggest curtains on the windows. Don’t get me wrong, we enjoyed the experience (except for the mouse in the bathroom) and we hope to maybe rent again if some things are changed. Thank you Kyle.
